I hand check-in all packages at the post office or UPS. I don’t leave them unattended on the counter. I scan them all in and place the box/envelope in a slot in the wall or hand it to a clerk. Or, I watch as they scan it in. I have a ‘scanned in’ receipt for every package – every package.
All shipped items are insured – All shipped items are insured. I can prove I shipped it by the activity described in the previous paragraph. If the item goes missing, YOU are to file an insurance claim with the post office or UPS. Keep in mind they scan every package when it is delivered. I will support your claim with copies of shipping evidence and product receipt.
If the package arrives damaged or content missing with obvious package failure YOU are to file an insurance claim.
If a package arrives missing something you ordered please send me an image of delivered content to KapidoloFarms@gmail.com with order details, i.e. order number at a minimum. I apologize for the occasional order fulfillment error.
I ship within a few days on most orders, there is NO next day delivery. I most often use USPS priority service which takes 2 to 3 days, but has been known to take as long as two weeks. Some orders may not ship for as long as two weeks, but most ship within 5 business days.
Sometimes I will ship a partial order, and complete the rest at a later time at my own shipping expense. This will be noted on an enclosed shipping notice with the part of the order shipped first.
It is always best to use email when communicating with Kapidolo Farms, always best. Every other contact method may be slower.
